Consistency is key to protecting yourself.

Back to before, when I say I'm studying I don't necessarily mean schooling, but more so reading and listening to the BiggerPockets real estate podcast, aswell as googling questions I have about the many different aspects of REI.

The office is configured as 10 individual private offices with a co-working space consisting of 4 desks.

I am still consistently looking for deals and ready to buy.  

I think my mailers and their consistency would stick even if I hit pause so I am going to have to decide soon.

I can't find consistent answers on any blogs or forums.
