Apparently, the builders are so busy, one year is very lucky, but two years is more likely and there is no incentive for builders at the moment.

The best area to start investing are in your own neighborhood, county, or within a few hours by car or plane where you can go to, take care of business, and be home in a day.

If one of those properties is paid off, then many hard money lenders will allow you to cross collateralize and increase the loan amount. 

Hi All ~ In a recent episode of Real Estate Rookie, Tony + Ashley referenced a platform that you can link to your hosting platform that will allow guests to book add-ons directly; they were advising someone who wanted to offer the option of daily passes to a local gym.I'm actually needing/would love to have something like this, + didn't know that such platforms existed.

If so, and if your HOA allows, you could market this as a mid-term furnished rental and charge a premium for rent.
