HUD Home Store is great, but don;t limit yourself to just HUD homes.

Draw a 3 mile radius around the store.

I seem to find these oddball deals - Anyhow the property is an old grocery store that was converted into 3 apartments. 

We are right at 30K in equity and starting the HELOC process to tap into the equity (We've been pre-approved, just awaiting fresh appraisal). 

The rates are generally low as I understand, but most notably I will be starting with a fresh credit rating.

No view and not walking distance from the beach or stores.

The bad news:  my girlfriend wasn't happy about the last minute addition of an entire kitchen being stored in our pool table room.The address is 5362 S.

I've done Craigslist, called all the appliance stores and checked out quite a few thrift shops.

Ex employer of mine took a self store facility that was in bank foreclosure, bought it, gutted the offices and built offices that he rented out to sub contractors and remod companies. he then put an outlet of his company . a flooring wholesaler in the location as a second store and voila built in business.

We ask them to send a text 15 minutes before they arrive just in case we need to run to the hardware store.
