Hi Michael,Get with an attorney, he/she will probably have a standard set of questions to walk you through for the setup.That way you make sure you have all of the bases covered.If you've never done this before, there are a lot of potential gotcha's that can jump up and bite you.In other words, it's intelligent to not "Wing it", and use a real estate attorney from the start.Good Luck!

@Michael Baum I don't intend on doing anything illegal; I enjoy my freedom way too much.

Since Hurricane Michael, they've done a decent job of making the area much more family friendly, but a lot of millennials still view PCB as a college party town.
