All other offers at that point would be considered "back up" - If the first offer fails or can't get approved for whatever reason the SELLER (not the lender) has the right to look at other offers.There is WAY WAY WAY to much smoke and mirrors on the internet these days regarding short sale flips.

We all need to spread the word, use the internet, use Facebook, LinkedIn, and all other social media to spread the word.I feel that if we can get 100,000 people who are currently banking with BofA to see the light and stop by switching to a local community bank or regional bank, we can put a large dent into BofA.

My name is Adam - I am 23 and I want to become a successful real estate investor.I graduated from Kent State in 2010 and instead of doing finance, I started my own internet business.I have been fortunate enough to experience incredible success in my business and will clear six figures this year.With that said - I have a lot of expendable income that I want to invest in real estate.I have been reading and educating myself and will try and soak up the forums.My question is - This is my first year in business and I have no tax returns to prove my income until 2012.

Most real estate offices and MLS's have internet vehicles that upload the property to trulia and zillow and homes.com and so on and so on...if it were listed, you would be able to find it SOMEWHERE.
