I recommend a part time job to go along with real estate. bartend or a security job late at night, you need some w-2 income.one tip I can add to the list. everyone hands out business cards, but when you do insist on getting one in  return, this will help build your circle of friends and associates. one other thing I like to do, once you have a client list, contact a local business and see if there running any specials, then get a copy of it and blast it out to your email list. individuals get tired of emails letting them know your a realtor every month, if you can give them something they will remember you more.

Hi BP,I have recently become involved with a Seller, who has over 15, Section 8 occupied rehabbed properties, and the Seller is tired of paying taxes, water, etc., and wants to get rid of the properties.

My understanding of this local space is the original 3-4 stylists are very good and left the salons where they were working - taking their clients with them - because they were tired of paying so much to the salon each month.

After spending six years in the Corps, I've come to the conclusion that I'm tired of working for other people, and definitely do not want to be working a 9-5 for the rest of my life. 

I am still unsure if I even want to do this but I am tired of bleeding the monthly payment for this home.

It really just comes down to just taking action and filtering through the tire kickers.
