Joint venture takes less time but theoretically require investors to be non passive if you want it to be ironclad.My opinion, I would just draw up a simple contract in plain english since its people already lined up.

@Giovanni Santoro I recommend you do the work to make money first and once you know you can make the money to warrant a business structure then you should begin to think about LLCs or SCorps.Good luck in your ventures!
