Is using this software as good as making a personal visit to the recorder's office to get property information?

Does anyone have a recommendation for good accounting software for bookkeeping, etc. for rental properties?

Is it common that in a scenario such as this that some sort of pre qualification or preapproval be submitted with the offer to purchase? 

Can anybody recomend a good program or service that will allow you to search properties by type, equity, size, number of units, age etc...... I work in NC and FL

Yes - I provide a calculator software, but 2 things are true:1.

Their software produces a spreadsheet with tabulated bid items ready to provide any 3 contractors the same scope of work. 

Would all of that need to be submitted at one time, an offer and a rental agreement. 

I'm glad I didn't comment on your spelling or grammatical errors, @Jon Mccarthy.When I re-checked my own post I was frustrated at how the 'Spelling Prevention' software on either my iPad or the BP app had tweaked my spelling.

They have to order an appraisal, pre-lim etc and the borrower must submit a complete package.

If tenants damage the property beyond wear and tear, document it with paid receipts in conjunction with the RLTO and submit the claim to a collection agency that reports to the bureaus.
