If you want to blog to increase organic traffic, you need to start with keyword research to determine which keywords you want to rank for and that will determine the topic and content.

I am getting more organized in regards to that.

However, we are looking for skilled, dependable, and professional contractors looking to grow and increase their market share in and around this area.

Learn the skills to control real estate first without the need of a large amount of money.

I have the skills to fix whatever is wrong with the computer and save a ton of money.

It doesn't really provide you with the necessary skills needed to succeed as a realtor.  

My question is can someone point me to some great resources / give any advice regarding the structuring portion of the deal and how to best handle multiple skill sets and personalities in a deal that is relatively higher in value?
