To be fair, I couldn't even find Zillow data on most of those cities, but Newton did come up and like you said there was not a single property for rent under $1100 that was a 3/2. 

what is the benefit of a series LLC.. no LLC is asset protection especially if its single member..

i think i have a potential seller its a double wide 1846 square feet move in ready , with a short white fence & a shed 3 bed 2 bath 2 living rooms they want 39500 usually single wide homes are at that price in that park but i dont see comps for double wide onesi bepieve lot rent is 500-600

Depends on your goals, your timeline, the amount of money you are planning on investing, the cash flow it generates, if you are married or single, your annual income, your tolerance for "tenants, turmoil & toilets", and a couple of other things.

If you follow these steps in a series of weeks and do this every single day, you're going to be amazed at how many deals you uncover.
