Of course it is overgrown and needs wood repair and painting.

Once it drives into the joist the screw snaps at the score and is buried below the hardwood (you then need to use wood filler to conceal the small hole).

What are your opinion on vinyl plank woods in comparison to hard wood floorings?

Our plan is to totally gut the house removing all the dated wood paneling, kitchen cabinets and bathrooms.

My plan is just to have the wood floors re-finished, install high-quality new carpet, and have everything super clean, rather than update the entire house with really high-end style.If anyone has experience selling in this price range and has advice/thoughts, I would love to hear them.
