I could see this format effecting many wholesalers and flippers that target folks that need to sell quickly because of divorce, relocation, financial reasons etc.Has anyone had experience with Opendoor?  

Has anyone run into this scenario and are there any solutions: My husband has relocated to New Bedford, MA and I am still at my job in Dallas. 

I know in my city of Sioux Falls that when we have made it on many lists and it attracts people to relocate.

I live in Montgomery County, MD and work in Howard County, MD (relocating to Howard next year).

To help spin the plates, my father relocated to the area and helped to get a construction company off the ground.  

I can only imagine people relocating will need a place to stay until their home is built in addition to the perpetual rental crowd.

I recently relocated with my wife and our pets to the Columbus, Ohio fleeing the grey skies of the Pacific Northwest in an effort to be closer to our families.

With the large influx of people that are out-of-state and the various headquarters that have recently been relocating to the DFW area, housing prices still rise and investors are still making a killing in this local market.

Basic scope: Interior/exterior paint (including some interior drywall fixes and exterior siding repair), remove two closets and turn it into a hallway down the middle of the house (see photos above), remodel kitchen including floors, paint and counters (reuse cabinets), take down the kitchen wall to create open concept, sand and refinish all hardwood and repair hardwood where the closets were removed, add in closets to all three bedrooms, and relocate multiple doors.
