I'm 24 y/o and for the past year, I listened to BP, read the BRRR book, fix and flips and some other books.

What you need to do is read the question - then flip back immediately to the right answer page - see the answer (say it's B) - go back to the question and ONLY read B.

I read Business Loan, not from 401k or against some insurance policy.
