It can be done, but it's pretty hard.

@Adrian Moreno You have two pretty easy options.1) Go to the neighbors and ask if they know the owners and where they are.2) Use a skip tracing service to get the phone number and heirs of the current owner.

i use www.rentapplication.net for 2 years with pretty decent results.

Bay area suffered /  NOrthern CA suffered some pretty severe down turn in 1989 to 1992.. and it was not until about 97 that values got back to where they peaked.. then they shot up until dot com bubble and that was a blip.. then screamed up until 08 like everywhere else. 

FOCM loans is advertising all over the web and offering some pretty fair terms for hard money loans.

Again just me I got to thinking well there is not time in the day to do proper client communication and service.. people are going to be calling and want specifics so to me it just seemed like something that would get pretty unmanageable in the Case of a WATER LANDING.. 

Also, they were referred by Maverick Investor Group, and they have also done absolutely nothing to hold ABC accountable - and have continued to promote them despite my best efforts to recruit their help.

Right now my expenses are pretty low but would like to eventually bring in about $4,000/month.
