We also have consistent 5 star reviews across our MTM and the past week I've lowered the price to almost at cost but no solid leases yet just inquiries.Where else can we cross list and still get quality tenants?

As far as the dates are concerned that is when the opportunity to invest stops.

You will almost always see a higher nightly rate on Airbnb than on Furnished Finder so I recommend you use both sources to price your property.

The potential for loss of rent and damages could be way worse than the small price of vacancy.
