What type of materials are you storing?

I lived there last year (Redding) and it's a very blue-collar type town. 

Budget, location, property type, beds/baths, amenities, etc all need to be confirmed.3) Save your money 4) Analyze deals with your agent5) Schedule showings for the properties that appear to have potential6) Make offers7) Close on the right investment propertyGood luck! 

And I see you're in LP, so is our team, and in 2023 1/1s were the highest appreciating property type in LP.

Couple hundred bucks a door monthly cash flow, double digit ROI, and yes the prices appreciate and you build equity.There are 2 types of people who dog on Detroit..1.

I posted only once so far offering to find someone off market properties here in San Antonio, however that comment was removed because I didn't read the rules and realize that type of comment is supposed to be in the classfieds section.I've learned a lot so far and I hope to add some value to the REI community here at BP.

Buying under an LLC shifts the type of loans you would be eligible for, and likely rules you out of considering a house hack or using an FHA/VA loan, but opens up different funding options if you have the capital for a larger down payment.

etc etc.. the type is irrelevant if numbers are good imo.
