Is buying a single family home best or multi family home?

@Shayna QueenEarlier this year i was looking into the same thing, my results was, my credit score droped about 50pts, however i got 25k in unsecured credit cards, although they advertised unsecured loc.

Multi bene loans are legal in some states NOT legal in others..

@Scott Scharl Funny, huh.. advertising in US and don’t have subscription documents in English.

They advertise 100% cash to close with only $3000.00 down.You need no experience, they perform no credit check, and the only interview I had with them were to answer some questions like “Do you want financial freedom?”

I sold a banana plantation and went through the 9th degree explaining why I was moving such a large amount of money to the US. 

I think its possibly to find Multi-family properties for what you are looking for in the area, though the cost of purchase may be high and taxes, depending where you go (Essex county especially), could be high as well.

That way i can use it when i want and collect income when i'm away.So my question is is it a good idea to have a single air b and b apartment in a small multi unit buildon?
