As most of you know I am an Englishman on this forum and trying hard to catch up on all your jargon, rules and regulations so please forgive me if I have made any serious mistakes in this post and if I have please correct me.First let me say that I think the Idea is a great one and should be investigated more and really the only person that can do this is Joshua because it will involve lawyers and will have a significant effect on Bigger Pockets so I would like to ask him if he is willing.Next point is what is this going to be so far we have had LLC, REIT, 501(c)(3)........!!!

The meeting went so badly the landlord literally leaped across the inspector's desk and started strangling him.After an investigation the ensuing charges were dropped and the inspector was prohibited from ever working with this landlord again.I had another inspector demand an inside inspection after seeing several torn screens (recently caused by the tenant).

Glad to have you on here.Advice for this site...1) Set up keywords for your area and interests so that you're notified when they're used and then start interacting.2) Read through  The Ultimate Beginner's Guide3) Go through applicable blogs and forums as there are a lot of great resourcesAdvice for REI...1) Pick a strategy and study up on what you need to know/do for the 1st step and then do it, then repeat for all following steps until you have completed your first investment then repeat the process and keep learning.

We have done something similar and the way it was put to me by a lender/friend, you only guarantee that you will live there a year, and the odds that the mortgage company will send out someone to investigate is incredibly small.
