The short route to sabotaging any innovation is to listen to a new idea and say: ‘it will never work.’

As my wife and I begin our journey into real estate we are looking at upgrading our technology.

. - Many employees at the company have been here 30+ years and are not fond of change or new technology.- We have many Crystal Reports that we had custom made to the boss's specifications.

I feel like there must be a company that makes an app or technology for smart phones where someone (like UPS or FedEx) can call you and you can unlock an entry door from a distance.Much thanks!

Many young people will stay in the area of their college if there are good jobs and a good place to start a family)   c)RTP (Research Triangle Park is a thriving technology hub in Raleigh offering good paying jobs in the technology industry.....as I think technology will play a bigger role in the future of our economy)   d)Population Growth.  

But none of those things is the same as a large dollar business deal (multi-year technology outsourcing for a bank), where the reality was the outsourcer got burned by the terms over time, complained, and was accommodated with a term change.

Can anyone suggest innovative way to structure the deal so that I get compensated for my expertise and time since all 3 of us investing the same amount and is also fair to additional investors ?

The other problem with expanding is the changing nature of technology and the market for products and services.
