I havent encountered any investor/ real estate expert who doesnt charge money for their knowledge/resources.

I actually include a bottle of appropriate bathroom cleaner with my move-in care package so they're off to a good start!

Thanks to him, I have been working on several joint ventures, got  contract on one house in Frostburg (actually it's a package of 2 houses) that  I'm looking for buyers on, and I've got several more I expect to see come up shortly.  

I don't need a huge solution package -- I have only one house to rent!

If you go through a conventional finance package what would your thoughts on this be? 

Some of the pitfalls that I have encountered with owning condos is the fact that strata/HOA can REALLY screw around with your otherwise great plan.

I'm considering jumping into wholesaling myself so I'm sure I will becoming across some of the same problems you've encountered.

If, IF elevated moisture is present and you haul in new finish flooring, allow loads of time for it to acclimate (swell) out of the packaging before installing?

Do you want to acquire these 10 as a package if possible?
