Here are some of the top reasons. 1) Lawyers love to attack those properties because they see them as a big pile of cash 2) The bank is a second set of eyes to make sure you have the right insurance, pay taxes, etc 3) David Greene did a podcast once talking about how someone hacked the county computer system, changed title, and then took out a mortgage on those properties.

I digress but a whole lot of BP people that have little money and want to jump in the game should really look at being a transaction coordinator.. work at home .. and just pound the computer scanner and fax.. and phones.. its a great home based business.I suspect My wifes coordinator makes well over 100k a year..

If I don't take you seriously, it's going to be because of your credit/income/assets (both real and "on paper," because I can often make the paper reflect reality accurately) relative to your goals, not because you're a plumber dressed like a plumber or a computer programmer dressed like a computer programmer.
