The best thing you can do is to provide good, solid comparable data. 

They wouldnt need proof....the forbearance data will show up on your credit report as a lack of payments in those months.

Instead, they'll fill out your form and provide you the information you initially need to determine if you should follow up.I end up reviewing the entries and following up with people that provide information that meets my general criteria.

For the estimating component, ClearEstimates is your best bet in my opinion, just remember to read and follow there set-up steps which includes downloading market pricing date (it's included for free just have to designate the exact market for it to get accurate cost data).
