I would generally suggest that your DB or office manager may not be the right person for this conversation. 

BTW, I can tell you that you probably don't want to go to Border Patrol or Customs, from second hand conversations.

Manchester is also rebounding, but due to other issues (which will take a much longer conversation), growth will continue in Northside and Eastside before the single-family market in Manchester sees a lot of action. 

I've had one conversation with the current and he didn't mention he had any issues paying on time.

Conversely, without consistent effort and discipline, most worthwhile goals ARE wishful thinking!

But really, there are going to be a lot more numbers involved with this investment, so the best bet is to start off the conversation with a lender.In the meantime, do a little research to see what your homes might be worth and what you could potentially rent them for.
