Each post takes up more screen room with a blurb from the post below it.I liked the old one better.Not because I was used to it, but it displayed more info on the screen w/o scrolling.Also, how the post would update showing the last poster to comment, vs the OP being frozen there was a nice look.I personally preferred that feature.With the BIG look to each post, when they are listed it seems 7th grade-ish compared to the tight method it was before.Aimed at kids in middle school.I like the old way better for those reasons, not because I am used to it.Good Luck!

I would never underwrite at less than 5% and i usually use 8% or 1 turnover per year. 5% is your tenant staying an average o f 20 months.

When you are new don't get into a big rehab, don't buy w/o a realtor, get a pro inspection, get liability insurance, learn to underwrite, learn LL tenant laws, screen your tenants, including inherited tenants etc. etc.

If in an RA or RF zone, COO is always required.If you don't have an ADU and rent the whole home out w/o living in it, you need the registrations above including a COO (cert of occupancy).
