In this particular deal 9 of units are older (built in the 1930s) and 3 are brand new construction.

In addition to the pics of the heating and plumbing system these pics tell me about the major mechanical systems that I may need to either repair or upgrade.BTW the pics of the heating system look brand new along with the copper piping appearing in decent condition so it doesn't look like you have to do too much with the plumbing.

My younger self would be proud, I've done both now and my goal is to do both of those more often. 4 years of machining and welding in high school, and since I've gotten out, I've done minor renovations at home; repaired a lot of issues and refinished a basement including a brand new bathroom.
