Background/experience is a decision factor for most commercial lenders making it difficult to leapfrog into commercial (this is not a steadfast rule if equity/cash flow is sufficient).

Networking is good, great, it’s beautiful...But conventional loans...they are just SCARY!

Did a yahoo search for "real estate arena scam" to see if there was any dirt on the company and it led me to a thread on this board.From there I couldn't stop reading all the insight and wonderful tools this community has.A little background of myself.

If you've got such a strong background but haven't started to invest, perhaps you're allowing fear to overtake you?

Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful place but as everywhere the condo market is horrible.

It's a beautiful home that my fiance and I want to live in. the bank is asking 740K for it, and it was last listed in March for 1.5M. it sold in March and just foreclosed a week ago.

Most don't have the credit, and can't pass the back ground checks.

If you do these things and do whatever it takes to reach your goals then I promise you you will see what makes life so beautiful.

If you are going to rent a property out, you want to repair it only to make it livable (not beautiful) and to avoid long-term maintenance nightmares (eg water damage).
