It would be great to connect i work for an investment brokerage with multiple investors and i would love to share my experience.

I would make sure you stay connect with what is selling in your area and for how much.

They also have a free network and 7 day workshop which is a great opportunity to connect with investors around the country and get smart on all things storage.

Hi Pradeep, I highly suggest that you attend local REI networking groups and meetups to connect with fellow real estate investors and also find a mentor doing what you want to do.

Vern,  I am in complete agreement with you about why there can't be a place on the web (Connected Investors is too busy promoting their in-house lending company Lending Tree, to be willing to provide a forum for this type of thing.

So I guess it's good to know people and make connections with folks you trust to help in your business.
