A woman had a question about if she was needing a W2 to do a cash refi on a property because she quit her job.

I love using Uber & Lyft to get anywhere but I also like walkable cities a lot more.I'm also amazed that an exact 1,500 square feet single family home is orders of magnitude more in SF Bay Area compared to the Midwest.

It's been owned by a 90 year old woman who lives locally (and owns other properties from what I can ascertain.)

I also had a phone meeting with the original owner / broker of patch of land and their stated mission was high rates possible and I explained to him that will put you in very high risk projects not to mention if your doing this in NJ and other states that take forever to prosecute a foreclosure your going to get your clock cleaned and I suspect this is what we will see.. just a suspicion on my part .. but it was amazing..

Regular homebuyers in your area might be buying a 300k house for 9,000 commission. 60k house you have to sell 5 for that 1.It  always amazes me that some investors think brokers or agents are an object to be used to meet their objectives.
