My city doesn't allow more than 3 unrelated adults in rental housing.

Hi all- Quick background, I'm nearly 51, fiance is 55, I'm American, he's Australian, we both live in Dubai.

Even then, Buyers insist that Seller use a well known title company, Chicago Title, First American or Fidelity National, or at least a Policy underwritten by those companies. 

Does anyone know who or how to find an adult care company to rent your home?

We would like to look in Provo, Orem, American Fork, or possibly Springville. 

Some cities for the rental property would be anywhere in Salt Lake County like Draper, Riverton, Lehi, American Fork, Lindon, Alpine, Highland, West Jordan, Sandy, Herriman, Bluffdale.

I talked to a lot of other mothers and found that everyone would tell the same story complaining about how ridiculous the American system is for only allowing mothers to be on 3 months of leave and expecting us to go back to work and having to "deal with it" just because society expects us to do so.
