I'm in business to help people who need a hand and I believe that God will reward me with much greater properties and deals.

If you get good tenants, communicate well, provide them with an awesome place to live, and just be a good person it'll be a very rewarding experience.

Just like a good investment if you set it up properly and take care of it over time the reward can be significant. 

After all, it has to be a good match for both the client and realtor for it to be a rewarding experience/relationship.  

We figure their reward and ours is in heaven,  no matter what anyone else thinks.  

Keep making progress and keep calling and eventually, your efforts will be rewarded!

I base my numbers off $750 and if they want more they can go put a tenant in there for a $1,000.Not going to reward a seller for my work.
