Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I did this from my phone and my clipboard did something weird so this post is a bit repetitive.

All of the painting professionals we use say that flat is the way to go, but I'm wondering if this is because they know they are going to get a full paint when the tenants move out because after a year of living, there's no way just touching up will be sufficient. 

We don’t really have much access to off market deals, so I guess that means it’s time to pick up the phone and start calling wholesalers and agents.

You should probably hire a professional (lawyer or consultant of some sort) to take a look at everything and outline your options for you. 

You will definitely want to get residents on the new lease agreements so that you can manage the park in a professional manner and enforce rules.

I spoke to my other two tenants below her who informed me that they do not have a roach problem in their apartment so problem is clearly this upstairs tenant.I told her i would have a professional exterminator come to her apartment and have it sprayed.
