We decided to not put a television in, as we are not TV people and we prefer to encourage our guests to get out and explore beautiful Central Oregon.

Perhaps because of so many flipping TV shows or guru courses where the first thing they do is GUT the place they make it seem so cool to smash and GUT the place 😂I’ve never gutted a place on a fix and rent nor a flip.  

I'm fairly new real to estate but am totally hooked after my girlfriend opened my eyes.I'm looking to network with local investors and also out of state as we're getting close to buying our first investment property and of course SoCal is too expensive to start out in.Right now we're wanting to buy and hold for positive cash flow and look into other options later down the road.We both work in TV production/post production so would be awesome to maybe network in those areas too.
