I have found a property that I'm very interested in, but I would like a second opinion before moving forward.

I have however found a couple the are on the cusp of being positive as 30 year loans, but negative at 15.

I found the deal through a traditional agent.

I recently attempted to purchase a condo that needed a bit of kitchen/bath Reno; I found HOA detail on the MLS and its usually include there’s or Zillow by the way.

In the end, we found a 4+br,  1+ba SFR for 153k.  

I searched the forum for this topic, but only found posts over a year old.I am researching property management software.

I have found that some local universities offer similar short courses in those fields which I will consider taking.

@Jaron Walling thank you for the quick response. of course any deal might be different, and one neighborhood might present better opportunities  then another, i was wondering why when i searched for information about the city, i found multiple sources showing a price forcast which does not look good. do you have any opinion on that matter?

I think we found a similar thing with ours. 

Growing up in CT I found the state to be rather boring so when college came around I left the state and went to school in Baltimore, MD at Loyola University.
