This is the current environment we are facing in South Forsyth.

North Bergen is also not a bad place to invest in the same kind of environment as WNY and UC.

@Conway MorganLike i said, not sure if it's the company or the brokerage.... i do know an agent that went to a different office then im In and she wasn't happy at all.. and she is experienced... they are very competitive (same as my office) and she's used to more of a team environment..

That, combined with more companies moving towards a remote office environment, may hurt us.

Both arguments have great merit but our current lending environment should be discussed too. 

I'll put my 2 cents in here: I live in BC, and invest primarily in AB, but am keeping an eye on the changing landscape in BC right now, as well as the Golden Horseshoe in Ontario, with the changing market environment of rising rates. 

Being that I am sometimes introverted and greatly value my times of solitude, it's impossible to feel at home in this type of environment.

personally the whole "double closing" that they do is pretty lame ... it eats margin on the deal and they are not doing anything but creating an environment that makes you feel like everything is super time sensitive and create a sense of urgency.
