Would love it if I could somehow get zoning for Denmark HS, and I agree South Forsyth is great, but too pricey for me now to get a decent rental property.

I'm a US ARMY RANGER VETERAN, whom just went through a divorce ..stuck at a crossroads 29 years old 2 kids I receive disability every month but want that money working for me, I will be reading you guys and gals post taking notes and understanding different licenses I need.

This is possible for me, but it would have to be multiple gifts by separate family members to stay under the tax amount.

Or at least easier for me.

I responded back that that was an unacceptable response and I am expecting to receive the difference in a check and a new settlement statement.All of my exchanges with the property management company are in email written form. 

For me, I did my first deal at 65%, full recourse on 26 units.

After getting my first batch of business cards I've learned that having a good elevator pitch is crucial to your image as a real estate investor and to the possibility of forming new relationships.  

Also If for some reason I end up buying/selling a home outside the partnership or representing someone as an agent other than the partnership, is it okay for me to take that income as my own?
