I was wondering if anyone had any websites or apps they liked when collecting data for different regions/towns, such as property tax info, rental averages, etc., which might be a bit more reliable and accurate. 

I would not rely on any other sources such as assessment value or asking price; It would be best to have the sales data of "apples to apples" comparables.

Can you access the BP calculator on the app on your I phone ?

With another Multifamily added, I can't imagine how to functionally remain in the Stone Age.Please be kind enough to provide recommendations for Cloud Based services, preferably with an App, that will help me move my current 8 Plex into the Cloud (& preferably accompanying App) and help me prepare for the new acquisition. 

So I’ve been sending mailers to people from the real machine app that include the picture of the property, and I recently got a call from a homeowner that wanted me to take them off my mailing list and also said that it was “creepy and an invasion of privacy” to take a picture of their ppty.

I see self storage more as a business and not necessarily apples to apples with residential rentals.
