I host a meetup at Wood N Tap in Rocky Hill, CT on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. 7pm.

The other hosts do a phenomenal job though too.

This is causing quite a stir among the longer term hosts who rent out extra rooms within their homes and feel their safety is being compromised.Our AirBnB propety is actually on our farm but in a separate building, so we are OK with Instant Booking.

Alot of my clients and partners (myself included) are divesting of multiples and leveraging in HOT areas, 2 familys at the minimum and ideally larger unitsI often host investors on day trips to Detroit and give then tours and insight into what projects we are doing and whats available in the area.Also working on VR tours of specific properties.

The next official VCREIC meeting is Thursday, October 12 at Mimi's Cafe off of Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks, hosted by @Jeff Greenberg and Pat McCormick.

The nephew of the deceased squatted the unit for a week, which obviously posed a host of other issues.
