That agent will not doubt the local market player and will feel more comfortable that you are not a tire kicker. 

No cost for me (except they do take up to 5 days to post funds) and no cost to tenant (unless they pay by CC and cozy charges them.I was so tired of "the check is in the mail". 

The tired landlords I buy from like the monthly and are focused on that because that's what they've been getting for decades.

Similar I would think.We haven't caught up with technology in our legal system, but seems we are getting there, thinking about the bullying laws, rumors or misinformation and slander, where those that incite or are abusive are ending up taking responsibility for their actions.We will see what happens today or if they are tired of shouting over there.It was reported that they have 4 in custody in Lybia responsible for the attack and more to come.And as mentioned above, the movie may have been used as an opportunity to blame an already planned attack which is more likely related to the killing of an Al-quida leader in a drone strike.

But on second thoughts, after years of being a landlord, I am beginning to get tired of dealing with tenants, the never ending upkeep and of course the "stress" ! 

Rooms are going for $700-$800/mo right now on the low end, and my whole place would rent for $2500-$2600/mo. if I turned it into a rental tomorrow.Those numbers are, of course, not even remotely close to any BP guidelines, but I needed a place to live, start my investing career, and I was tired of throwing $2400/month in rent out the window.

No tire kickers please.
