Since we're in a pandemic and quarantined, what are some good online resources where I can learn and take the test?

@Vincent Franzese I use Excel, but I've also had some good luck testing out Stessa, I really like some of their data visualizations.

Do you know why the first thing a car salesman wants you to do BEFORE you talk numbers is to take a test drive? 

In an effort to help this noise issue, my tenant took it upon herself to talk with the HOA president in person, and the HOA president said "I shouldn't have to deal with another year of the noise simply because your landlord decided to test the waters with a growing family." to my tenant, in reference to the noise. 

I am 10 hours from finishing my RE license training, looking to take the test in August.

It would not be wise to test the legal system in tenant friendly NYS. 

Just looking at the whole debacle with the testing and supplies with COVID-19, do we really think that this will be done well? 

The deal was on the MLS funny enough BECAUSE..... it tested positive for METH.

Then you can test other systems to see how they compare and determine if there is one that will work better for you.Don't waste your time looking for perfect software because it doesn't exist.

Perhaps try testing the market:  run an ad in your favorite media saying "beautiful apartment, $xxx/mo, available (after date of closing)".
