Hey guys I'm buying a condo on Marco islands fl it need a bit of a rehab is a 400sqf condo, we plan to rehab bath, kitchen and floor if any have contractor In mind.

I've worked in the NYC area, living on Long Island and in Jersey City.

For a bit of background on myself, I'm 28 years old and live in Long Island City, Queens in NYC.

Relocated to Delaware , didn’t work out sold my first property (broke even) now I’m back in NY (Staten Island ).    

@John Warren  also John in Singapore 80% or so of all living units are owned by the government.. the residences buy time  IE 50 year right to live there that type of thing.. that's why that little island is so dog gone rich. and even that that small apartments are 500 to 1 mil  Singapore dollars.. its a cool place though I love going there.
