Did your seller provide a move-in sheet, that details the condition of the home when they moved in?

It all depends on the condition it is in currently, how well it has been maintained, etc.

I spoke to a  real estate agent friend and they said that I will need the social security number of the previous owner to sell or list the real estate that I got at the sale.
