I don't see many homes for sale around here but I do real estate photography/3-D scanning for rental homes and even their business is slow. 

It’s a matter of being flexible, nimble, and constantly scanning.

I scan in everything & back it up on several external hard drives, including all rehab/major repair pics.My wife insists on the last 4 years in file boxes for quick reference.Last April 2022 I was blessed with my 2nd IRS audit that started with 2019 & went back to my last audit 2012.

Jot down the address, snap a pic, and try to connect with the owner.

I get to scan through all the applicants and see live communication between applicants and PM on Zillow.Per unit, I get about 50 to 100 inquiries within the first 72 hours.

Hello BP, I am wondering what websites I can use to scan public records and see people who might've been recently divorced or inherited a home from a relative so I can find off of the market housing.

I spent hours last night just scanning Zillow and running numbers to get the hang of it and know which properties to consider and which ones to forget.
