Kevin's Attorney called Seller's Attorney who did pick up the phone at that time and Seller's Attorney claimed he was sick with the Flu and was not in the office to take care of the Cancellation.Kevin's Attorney, a week ago, was tired of waiting and then sent a Demand Letter in Writing to Seller's Attorney to promptly return deposit.Kevin went to find out more about the Seller's Attorney, specifically if he had any problems.We searched a public Court Website and found out that the Seller's Attorney was sued by a Client that was Purchasing a Property.

@Drew Brown  Sorry for the delay, busy season.....We do rent a few more remote properties (but not too far from office) and have turned down many....A main criteria that there would be some kind of phone service, land line or access...Many areas outside of the cities have shaky cell service so not being able to have someone contact us in an emergency, to me, is not workable.

I spoke to a mortgage officer from chase bank, he said i can get 200k cash out, and the new loan of 670k will be a 7/1 arm at 3.875%.

Profile and great packaging by your loan officer will get this done.

Also, are there any other liens that would not show up at the prothonotary's office during a search that I should look for? 

My work office is located nearby the house, and I would file taxes in the same state, and have my mailed delivered there.
