I have talked to sellers on the phone, but get nervous when I talk and either stammer or miss important information.

He is nervous that I will be asking him to go and fix things.  

I am a bit nervous about that, however, since I am so new to RE and am not sure how that process really works.

I have slowed the process down, but want to make sure I am not slowing it down just becouse of my insecurities (this makes me more nervous for some reason now knowing that I am involved).
