I believe it is still open so if you PM me I can connect you.In my opinion a lot of the new mobile home park deals at this stage of the cycle, come from operators with very little experience (less than a full cycle) who tend to be paying a lot for properties, and are charging investors extraordinarily high promotes.

It's really nice because it has a modern layout and your tenants can setup autopay. 

Crime is only an issue in the inner city - which of course is 1000% of the cheap deals, the majority of Milwaukee is at least fine.New style duplexes (1960s) are generally easier and less expensive to work on; the basement is made of cinderblock, you have drain tile and a sump pump, modern style electrical and plumbing systems, forced air with AC instead of radiant boiler heat, more closet space and bigger bedrooms/open-er concept.

I have been in the process of purchasing a land/mobile home package since February.

My partner and I are looking to purchase a small Mobile Home Park in the Little Rock area.

I found that lease options are still profitable as well as Apartments, Storages and Mobile Home Parks.

I am curious, what are your thoughts on mobile home/park investing? 

This sounds more like a land deal rather than a mobile home deal (at last from the seller's perspective).
