I am interested in buying your home at xxx main street in (That Town)I can close in less than 30 days, and if it helps, I will pay all closing costs. 

I will be working in the loop so my main thing is being near public transit wherever I live.

I work with investors who want more cash flow, so their main goal is to invest in markets that have high rents, high rental demand, low taxes, and a good price to allow you a good amount of cash flow after all expenses are deducted. 

That is the main reason why I am worried.

I use 4 main categories of asset/liability:Retirement accounts/529 planLiquid equities (stocks/mutual funds)Real Estate (properties and bank accounts)Personal (personal accounts, vehicles)I was going to use personal capital, but they had trouble accessing all of my various accounts and I got uncomfortable with having a 3rd party have my usernames and passwords.

I know this is a complicated subject, mainly because there are lots of investors who are happy to break the law (because the police don't enforce it) and so this has led people to have wrong opinions about what is legal.
