So do you think it's always good to have buyers on hand because I have been hearing it's better to get the sellers on hand first than get buyers but to me it seems like it would be logical to have buyers on hand because what if you have a deal & a seller but can't find a buyer & also risking a lawsuit because you told the seller you can find a buyer but can't deliver?

Even though she logically understood that $450 was better than buying a house with foundation and water problems, the emotional part of her was upset because she had spent years saving for the downpayment and now she just "wasted" 3% of that fund.When I took the real estate agent classes I vividly remember a story told by one of the teachers.

There are multiple competing groups that defy all reasoning or logic that have made the new zoning changes that will allow ADUs on duplexes, corner lots to have triplexes (and affordable four plexes), quite toothless.Thank goodness we can at least build ADUs on non-OO properties.
