My bank lender needs 3 out of the 4 leases to fund the deal, it’s in a hot area so I’m confident I can actually fill the 3 empty and be at 100%.

Ask these guys who recommended master lease options if they ever done one.

I signed a lease with roommates but never lived in the property because the MLS said it had 3 bathrooms when in reality it had 2.5.

Is lease/purchase still something that is done now?
