Hi all,I’m currently in the Providence Rhode Island area and would like to Airbnb a few of my spare bedrooms out.

We will definitely be starting off paying for several hundred leads and be consistently growing that number (though not in huge increments in the first few months) . 

Anyone have info on the providence Rhode Island area?

Destroyed the carpets and the kitchen island and sold it to me for 190K.He has owned the  house for 6 months.This dude would not have showed u in any of the list with the normal filter criteria.Like the MLS,  these lists targets people that EVERYONE is targeting.

Unfortunately many people want to get rich quick through Real Estate and are looking for short cuts, avoid the sellers and buyers of the get rich quick schemes/programs plot your course, be methodical and consistent and you'll get to where you want to go.

(preferably with professional property management given that I live over 3 hours away)  At this point, I'm just trying to wrap my mind around how an investment like this would compare to a more traditional buy & hold investment (which is what my portfolio currently consists of). 

Looks like there are a number of people in the Chambana area which are bringing in a consistent cashflow. 

I'm looking to invest in commercial real estate in the Connecticut / Rhode Island area; and have purchased some books to study  the subject, which is good for overall knowledge, but not specific markets.If I'm looking to study these markets what should I look for and educate myself on?
