Right now I am looking to meet people within the industry and meet people that enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences that might help me though the beginning stages of getting started.Although it is early I am a very quick starter and driven and would love to meet people that invest in people like myself to see what the look for in partnering with someone and investing in them as well.If anyone has any good places to start and/or specific people to meet, feel free to reach out, and I look forward to speaking and interacting with all of you!

But, it's hard to learn some elements unless you have already been in the real estate investing game. 

Which is why I'd rather just make the parking area brand new before you sell rather than give it time to get torn up by the elements while you are in your rental period. 

It gets them more interaction in the everyday living. 

Once you get comfortable with the numbers and how each part interacts with the other... you can get pretty good at making offers.

Don't send a piece of mail without having a full map of how you want to interact with them.

If so possibly try to have an interaction with them and have a conversation about deducting that amount or close to that amount out of their final payment. 

I don't have anything tenant interactions anyway. 2)  The mostly young Air Borne soldiers of Fort Bragg vs pilot trainees in an 18 month program are two very different things.
